The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has announced the promotion of five senior civil judges to the esteemed positions of Additional District and Sessions Judges, highlighting the court’s commitment to judicial excellence and competence.
The promotions, sanctioned by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, include Judge Qudratullah, known for his pivotal role in the high-profile nikkah before iddat case involving Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
Joining Judge Qudratullah in their new roles are Senior Civil Judges Aamir Aziz, Nasar Minallah, Muhammad Shabbir, and Mujahid Rahim. This elevation signifies the IHC’s recognition of their judicial acumen and contributions to the legal fraternity.
The Registrar Office of the IHC formally confirmed these promotions through a notification, affirming the court’s commitment to upholding judicial standards and rewarding merit.
