Under the banner of a “limited time offer,” Pak Suzuki Motor Company announces significant price decreases for its Swift variants, with discounts of up to Rs710,000. The promotional retail sales prices come into effect from May 1, 2024, marking a timely opportunity for potential buyers.
With the latest revision, the Swift GL MT witnesses a notable drop in price, now available at Rs4,336,000, reflecting a decrease of Rs85,000 from its previous price. Similarly, the Swift GL CVT sees a decline of Rs159,000, bringing its price down to Rs4,560,000.
The most substantial price reduction is observed in the Swift GLX CVT variant, plummeting from Rs5,429,000 to Rs4,719,000, translating to a remarkable decrease of Rs710,000. These revised retail prices include Federal Excise Duty (FED) and Sales Tax, excluding Advance Income Tax.
Shafiq Ahmed Shaikh, Head of Corporate Affairs at Pak Suzuki Motor Company, attributes the price adjustments to the company’s aim to foster economic stability and mitigate currency fluctuations. He highlights the role of government policies and the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) in supporting the automotive industry.
The decision to reduce prices aligns with broader efforts to stimulate demand and enhance market competitiveness. Mohammad Abrar, an auto analyst at Arif Habib Limited, emphasizes the strategic significance of capturing more market share amidst a challenging automotive landscape.
